You have a strong background in user experience research, with experience in driving impact from insights and a passion for putting users first. You can successfully set and achieve priorities that balance the needs of projects, the Research team, and the broader goals of Stripe. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance urgency with methodological rigor, adapting as needed for different situations. You have experience building or scaling research platforms, systems, or programs in your previous roles.

What you'll do

As a UX Researcher dedicated to Stripe's Support organization, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and design teams to inform decision-making and shape the direction of support initiatives. You will conduct primary research to understand user needs and enable other Stripes to learn and apply research skills to global problems. Your role will involve crafting user-friendly experiences and ensuring that user insights are integrated into product development processes. You will also play a key role in defining how research is conducted at Stripe, helping to establish it as a core competency across the organization.
