What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for developers using Bridge APIs, providing them with the necessary support to resolve their issues. You will take ownership of complex technical inquiries and work across teams to ensure timely resolutions. Your responsibilities will include capacity planning and forecasting, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational tools and systems. You will also be involved in metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of support operations. As part of the Bridge team, you will help shape the future of Stripe's operations, contributing to the design and implementation of new processes that will support the company's growth over the next decade.
