Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B products for platforms or marketplaces. Your familiarity with KYC/KYB, onboarding, or identity verification workflows gives you a solid foundation to navigate complex compliance requirements. You are adept at data-informed product development, defining metrics, building dashboards, and running experiments to drive iteration. Your experience leading other PMs or cross-functional pods, whether formally or informally, has helped you raise the bar for product craft on your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the vision and strategy for how platforms experience compliance on Stripe. This includes understanding new requirements, monitoring remediation progress, and taking action at scale. You will navigate significant ambiguity to identify the right problems to solve, ensuring that our products bring clarity to complex compliance workflows. You will collaborate closely with teams across Stripe, including Risk, Legal, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, to ensure that platforms can meet their compliance obligations while maintaining trust with their users. Your responsibilities will also involve defining success metrics and using data to inform product decisions, ultimately enhancing the user experience.
