Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS environments. You understand the complexities of compliance and regulation in financial services, and you have a knack for translating user needs into actionable product strategies. Your communication skills are top-notch — you can summarize and express complex requirements in an accessible and precise manner, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with engineering, design, and external partners to deliver exceptional user experiences. You are data-driven and have experience with experimentation, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You are passionate about creating seamless risk journeys that help users navigate the financial ecosystem effectively.
Desirable
Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing is a plus, as is familiarity with APIs and UX design principles. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the strategy and roadmap for all risk user experiences post-onboarding. You will drive collaboration across Stripe and with external partners to deliver delightful, high-performing end-to-end risk journeys. Acting as the voice of the user, you will gather direct feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product and API designs.
You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the risk experiences are not only functional but also engaging and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing data to identify pain points, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be involved in defining success metrics for risk journeys and ensuring that they align with Stripe's overall mission.
Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all risk-related features are compliant and meet the highest standards of quality. You will also participate in strategic discussions about product direction and contribute to the overall growth of the Risk UX team.
What we offer
At Stripe, you will be part of a mission-driven company that is focused on increasing the GDP of the internet. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that help millions of businesses navigate the complexities of financial services. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
