What you'll do

As the Deal Pricing Lead at Stripe, you will manage a team of Deal Pricing Strategists who support the EMEA and APAC regions — your leadership will be crucial in providing pricing expertise and financial insights to our global Go-to-Market teams. You will actively support large and strategic deals, ensuring that they align with Stripe's commercial framework and create economic value. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners across Operations, Products, Finance & Strategy, and Partnerships, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance our competitive position in the market. Additionally, you will provide key financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, helping to shape the direction of our sales strategies.
