Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, with experience in financial reporting, P&L management, or business forecasting. Your high level of comfort using SQL for complex data extraction and analysis allows you to derive insights that drive business decisions. You are familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker, enabling you to present data in a clear and impactful manner. Additionally, you have experience leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance analysis or improve operational processes, showcasing your innovative approach to problem-solving.
What you'll do
As a member of the Payouts Strategy & Operations team, you will help shape the strategy for a product suite that facilitates the movement of billions of dollars daily across the globe. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics for business performance tracking and ensure that the Payouts product suite meets the needs of businesses worldwide. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as developing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Payouts operations. You will also be responsible for communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
