Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B software or cloud marketplaces. You enjoy owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces and are excited by complex systems and platform products. Your background includes working closely with engineering teams and enterprise customers, allowing you to shape how AI is used in production environments. You are comfortable making trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and customer experience, and you thrive in hands-on, systems-oriented roles.
You have a strong understanding of API-first platforms and how they can streamline complex operational workflows. Your experience includes defining product roadmaps and strategies that align with business goals, particularly in areas like pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. You are adept at translating technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders and customers alike. Your collaborative nature allows you to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring that product development aligns with user needs and market demands.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven automation and its application in revenue operations is a plus. Familiarity with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle will help you navigate the complexities of the role. You are also encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value curiosity and a growth mindset.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Suger.io, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of our platform. Your focus will be on AI-driven automation in revenue operations, where you will define how AI is applied to complex enterprise workflows. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate real operational pain points into products that are both technically deep and commercially impactful. This role requires you to shape platform primitives, data models, and automation boundaries, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and reliable.
You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights on customer needs and pain points, using this information to inform product development. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, conducting A/B testing, and iterating on product features based on user feedback. You will also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that product experiences align with go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve making trade-offs between speed and correctness, ensuring that the solutions we deliver are trustworthy and explainable.
What we offer
We provide a hybrid work model, allowing you to work four days a week in our Downtown Vancouver office. As a Series A company backed by notable investors, we offer a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about simplifying complex operational challenges for B2B software companies. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, where your contributions will directly influence our growth and success.
