What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Vault CRM Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that your vision is translated into a world-class solution. Your role will involve understanding the global marketing automation landscape and identifying opportunities for product enhancements that align with customer needs.

You will lead stakeholder management efforts, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the product development process. Conducting user research and gathering feedback will be essential to refine product features and drive user adoption. You will also be involved in A/B testing and metrics definition to measure the success of product initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with marketing teams to align product features with go-to-market strategies and ensuring that the product meets regulatory requirements in the life sciences industry. You will also mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture at Veeva Systems.
