Who you are
You have a strong background in full stack development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. Your experience includes building scalable applications and managing complex data flows, ensuring high performance and reliability. You are comfortable working with AI tools and understand how to integrate them into existing systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate challenges that arise during the development process. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams allows you to collaborate seamlessly with designers and product managers, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and business goals.
You are detail-oriented and take pride in writing clean, maintainable code. You understand the importance of architecture and design patterns in building robust applications. Your experience with scheduling and resource management systems will be invaluable as you work on automating staffing processes.

What you'll do
As a Senior FullStack Engineer at Superside, you will take ownership of developing internal tools that manage availability, skills, and complex scheduling.
