What you'll do
In this role, you will help plan and optimize creative capacity across our delivery pods. You will work closely with Pod leadership to understand project needs and ensure that staffing aligns with those requirements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing team workloads, identifying gaps in resources, and making recommendations for staffing adjustments. You will also collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth delivery and enhance team experiences.
