Overview
Superside is hiring an AI Enablement and Project Specialist to bridge the gap between operational excellence and creative enablement. You'll support the AI Enablement and Transformation Manager to equip creative teams with AI tools. This role is open to candidates globally.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in project management and a keen interest in AI technologies — you understand how to facilitate the adoption of AI tools within creative teams and project management contexts. Your experience in enablement roles has equipped you with the skills to support teams in integrating new technologies into their workflows.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including managers and creative professionals — you can translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical team members. Your ability to foster a culture of learning and transformation is evident in your previous roles.
What you'll do
As an AI Enablement and Project Specialist, you will work closely with the AI Enablement and Transformation Manager to develop strategies that enhance the use of AI within the organization — you will identify training needs and create resources that empower teams to leverage AI effectively. You will also assist in managing projects that focus on the integration of AI tools into existing processes, ensuring that teams are well-prepared for the transition.
You will play a key role in facilitating workshops and training sessions, helping team members understand the benefits and applications of AI in their work — your goal is to ensure that everyone feels confident in using AI tools to enhance their productivity and creativity. Additionally, you will gather feedback from teams to continuously improve the enablement process and adapt strategies as needed.
