You understand the importance of maintaining automation equipment and are committed to providing excellent service to ensure optimal workflows in restaurants.
What you'll do
As a Field Technician I, you will be responsible for maintaining sweetgreen's automation equipment, specifically the Infinite Kitchen (IK), across various locations. You will train new technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to support our automation efforts. Your role will involve traveling to different restaurants, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows to enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with the Automation Team to integrate new technologies and improve daily routines for restaurant staff. Your commitment to excellence will help sweetgreen expand its footprint of automated kitchens.
What we offer
Sweetgreen offers a full-time hourly role with an average of 50 guaranteed hours per week, including opportunities for overtime. You will receive excellent benefits, including health insurance with dental and vision coverage, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.
