You have technical field experience and are excited to work on cutting-edge restaurant technology. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to sweetgreen's mission of building healthier communities through automation. You possess a valid driverβs license and have a car suitable for work travel, as this role involves significant travel within the West Coast Region. You are adaptable and ready to engage with various forms of travel within the United States, including plane, train, bus, and rideshare apps.
What you'll do
As a Field Technician I, you will be responsible for maintaining sweetgreen's automation equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently across various restaurant locations. You will also play a crucial role in training new technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed in their roles. Your work will directly impact the daily routines of restaurant staff, optimizing workflows and enhancing the customer experience. You will be expected to travel up to 60% of the time, with the first 4-6 weeks of onboarding based in Boston. Your schedule will likely include early mornings on weekdays, with occasional emergency service visits on weekends.
What we offer
This is a full-time hourly role with an average of 50 guaranteed hours per week, including 10 hours of overtime paid at 1.5X.
