What you'll do

As a Field Service Technician at Dyopath, you will provide exceptional customer support by phone, email, and onsite. You will manage daily technology operations, ensuring that networks, email, and software systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include supporting macOS, macOS Server, Windows Desktop/Server, iOS devices, Google Console, and VMware. You will install and configure desktop computers, servers, printers, and related hardware, as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your role will require you to work closely with team members to ensure that all technology operations are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will also have opportunities to participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
