You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in managing paid media strategies and marketplace partnerships. You are comfortable analyzing data and translating it into actionable strategies that drive growth. Your background includes working closely with media agencies, ensuring that performance goals are met while maintaining brand integrity. You possess strong negotiation skills and can effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders. You are both strategic and executional, able to balance high-level planning with day-to-day performance management. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. A strong understanding of customer acquisition costs and incrementality will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the paid media investment decisions and performance outcomes for Sweetgreen. You will be responsible for budget allocation, channel mix, and ensuring efficiency across all media levers. You will act as the primary internal owner of Sweetgreenβs media agency relationship, ensuring that briefs are clear and execution is strong. You will translate business and campaign objectives into actionable media strategies across paid social, search, and marketplace media. Your role will involve reviewing and pressure-testing media strategies to optimize performance in real time. You will collaborate with various teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to Sweetgreen's growth.
