You are an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development. As an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager), you thrive in a hands-on environment where you can inspire your team and drive performance. You understand the importance of data-driven insights in creating exceptional guest experiences and building healthier communities through real food. You have a strong background in mentoring and developing future leaders, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet operational needs. You are committed to upholding high standards for food safety and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all regulations while fostering a culture of trust and recognition within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the Head Coach to set goals and track performance, adjusting team deployment to support smooth operations. You will provide hands-on coaching during peak times and staffing gaps, ensuring clear communication for consistent execution. Your responsibilities will include hiring, onboarding, and training new team members, as well as maintaining high standards for food safety and equipment maintenance. You will be proactive in resolving facility, supply, and quality issues, ensuring that your team members feel safe and supported in their roles. You will also play a key role in driving operational excellence by using data-driven insights to navigate challenges and enhance guest experiences.
