Who you are
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in loyalty programs and marketing technology. With at least 5 years of experience, you excel at translating business goals into actionable product strategies while keeping the customer experience at the forefront of your decisions. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to inform your strategies. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, sets you apart. You are adept at managing multiple stakeholders and can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives. You understand the importance of personalization in customer engagement and are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance loyalty programs.
Desirable
Experience with martech platforms and loyalty program management is a plus. Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle campaigns will help you succeed in this role. A background in data analytics or marketing technology will be beneficial as you work to optimize sweetgreen's martech stack.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Manager for Martech & Loyalty at sweetgreen, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for the SG Rewards program. This includes defining points earning and redemption processes, member tiers, and program evolution. You will lead the strategy for the martech platform, overseeing vendor evaluations, migration planning, and integration with the broader tech ecosystem. Your role will involve partnering closely with the marketing team to optimize the martech stack, enabling sophisticated segmentation and personalization for lifecycle campaigns. You will define and execute the roadmap for loyalty touchpoints across various platforms, including app, web, and kiosk. Your ability to balance technical requirements with customer experience will be crucial as you drive the evolution of sweetgreen's loyalty initiatives.
