Who you are

You have a proven track record in performance marketing, with at least 5 years of experience driving digital demand and pipeline creation in international markets. Your expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics allows you to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions that enhance marketing performance. You are execution-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments, where you can implement strategies that lead to measurable results.

Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and can prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality. You understand the nuances of different markets, particularly in Northern, Central, and Southern Europe, and can tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Desirable

Experience with Facebook Ads and other digital marketing tools is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation platforms. You are data-driven and have a knack for A/B testing, allowing you to optimize campaigns based on real-time feedback.
