Who you are
You are a high-energy, hands-on operator ready to take ownership of tasks and experiment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships through storytelling. Your experience with content creation and copywriting for social platforms sets you apart, and you know how to hack engagement on LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and X. You have a basic understanding of B2B funnels, digital platforms, and creator tools, and you are familiar with crypto-native concepts like Web3, blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, or AI. Prior internship, academic project, or freelance gig in social, marketing, or crypto is a plus.
What you'll do
As a Social Media Intern at Syndr, you will join us at the intersection of crypto, culture, and content. You will help us build, engage, and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include shipping high-signal content for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Discord, and Telegram that resonates with our Web3 and fintech-native audience. You will create alpha-packed threads and snappy memes to make us stand out. Additionally, you will engage with our community by replying to followers with context and keeping conversations alive, driving organic engagement and building sticky communities that vibe with our brand. You will also track industry trends across Web3, DeFi, Crypto, and AI, turning insights into fresh, relatable content. Supporting B2B outreach, you will assist in deck creation, outreach messaging, and lead generation for partnerships and collaborations. Furthermore, you will support hosting Twitter Spaces, webinars, and virtual events, from ideation to execution.
