Who you are
You have 1+ years of hands-on experience with social media, demonstrating your ability to engage with audiences and manage community interactions effectively. Your attention to detail and critical thinking skills enable you to solve problems creatively and efficiently. You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, which aids in your reporting and performance tracking tasks.
What you'll do
As a Social Media Intern at TOMS, you will play a vital role in community engagement and relationship building, fostering authentic connections with our audience across various social platforms. You will engage in social listening and gather community insights to inform our strategies. Your responsibilities will include capturing content and providing support for both organic and paid social initiatives. You will assist in content scheduling and social operations support, ensuring that our social media presence remains active and engaging. Additionally, you will be involved in reporting, performance tracking, and identifying trends to help optimize our social media efforts.
What we offer
This is a paid internship offering $20.00 per hour, with a commitment of up to 20 hours per week, which may include some weekend work. The internship lasts for four months and provides a hybrid work environment, requiring you to be available onsite at our Culver City HQ office. You will gain hands-on immersive experience while partnering with a dynamic Marketing Team dedicated to making a positive impact through our brand's mission.
