What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the charge in developing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and loyalty for Startpage. You will work closely with the General Manager to define the growth roadmap and prioritize initiatives that align with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance user experiences.
You will also be responsible for tracking key performance metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Your insights will inform future strategies and help shape the direction of the product. You will have the autonomy to experiment with new ideas and approaches, fostering a culture of innovation within the team. As a growth hacker, you will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek out new opportunities for growth.
