Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, demonstrating strong sales capabilities and professional communication skills. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you have a keen interest in data analysis to improve campaign results. You excel at time management and prioritization, having successfully handled a minimum of 10 accounts simultaneously. Your outstanding communication skills in both native-level Japanese and English allow you to build strong relationships with clients and agencies.

Desirable

You have knowledge and experience working with native advertising platforms, and experience in selling to mid-funnel and upper funnel clients is advantageous. Hands-on ad-operations experience, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting, is a plus. Additionally, you understand the online publisher landscape within Japan and have experience in product management on advertising platforms.

What you'll do

In this role, you will communicate daily with agencies and clients to drive upselling activities and ensure successful campaign launches. You will handle all technical requests to Ad Ops, ensuring that campaigns are set up correctly and monitored for success. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with advertisers, managing a dynamic book of business, and analyzing campaign performance to deliver outstanding results. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize campaigns and meet revenue KPIs, contributing to the overall success of Taboola's advertising initiatives.
