Who you are
You have 5-10 years of experience in a key sales position, ideally selling solutions to Brazilian and LATAM clients. Your significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals gives you an edge in the competitive advertising landscape. You have a strong background in digital media, which is a great advantage in understanding the nuances of the market. You are technologically savvy, able to learn quickly what is needed to support the successful implementation and optimization of deals. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adaptable to change, consistently learning and developing your skills. Fluency in English is essential for this role, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
As an Advertising Sales Manager at Taboola, you will play a vital role in generating new business and managing a robust pipeline. You will accurately forecast new business closure rates and understand your clients' organizations to offer multiple Taboola products effectively. Your role involves gaining an excellent understanding of digital technology, programmatic advertising, video, and the revenue ecosystem to explain product benefits within this context. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals while coaching and mentoring sales team members. Your interactions with accounts that advertise directly on Taboola’s platform will be crucial in reaching approximately 600 million daily active users across top publishers.
