Job Description
Who you are
You have 7+ years of experience in Business Operations or Sales Operations, ideally supporting Enterprise sales organizations. Your hands-on experience with modern sales and revenue tooling, including CRM systems and analytics, allows you to effectively drive initiatives that lead to measurable business impact. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, data, and AI/Automation, making you a trusted partner to Enterprise leadership.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to turn data into actionable decisions and execution plans. You excel in communication and stakeholder management, influencing across senior leadership and frontline teams. High ownership and sound judgment are part of your professional ethos, and you thrive in ambiguous situations as a senior individual contributor.
Desirable
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus, as is experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. You are adept at scaling processes and systems that enable predictable, profitable growth across Enterprise sales motions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will own the design and scaling of core Enterprise processes that support the Publisher & Advertiser Sales business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations. Your role will involve analyzing data to provide insights that inform decision-making and improve sales performance.
You will lead initiatives that enhance the sales process, ensuring that the tools and systems in place are optimized for success. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial as you work to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
What we offer
Taboola provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $130,000—$145,000 USD.
