What you'll do
As the Director of Operations Learning & Development, you will own the strategy and execution of the L&D program. This includes overseeing new hire onboarding, continuous training, and development initiatives that are AI-enabled and data-driven. You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that training aligns with business outcomes, such as improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for creating a modern learning ecosystem that equips employees with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.
