Taboola is hiring a Publisher Sales Director to support and develop their premium Italian publishers network. You'll be responsible for implementing and launching relationships with publishers, tracking performance, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong experience in sales leadership within the Ad-tech/Digital space.
Job Description
Who you are
You have significant experience as a Sales leader or Account Manager in the Ad-tech/Digital space, particularly in selling solutions to Italian clients. Your background includes C-Suite presence and experience, which allows you to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You possess people management experience, with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving ambitious targets.
Your skills in structuring and negotiating intricate deals are complemented by your understanding of publishersβ needs and goals, enabling you to create mutually beneficial partnerships. You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace to analyze data and build strategic presentations. Your outstanding relationship management and customer service skills ensure that you provide world-class service to your clients.
You approach your work with patience and a structured mindset, recognizing that the sales cycle in the Publisher space can be lengthy. Your strong analytical skills allow you to collect business intelligence through conversations with clients and by monitoring trends in data and reports. You are highly motivated, proactive, dedicated, resourceful, and creative, ensuring that your clients receive exceptional service.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and launch of Taboola's relationships with Italian publishers. You will track performance metrics and provide regular strategic direction to identify new opportunities for revenue improvement. Your focus will be on developing and pushing new products that align with Taboolaβs audience strategy, ultimately growing the available supply in Italy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the needs of publishers are met and that they are supported throughout the sales process.
You will also lead a sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team will be crucial in driving performance and fostering a positive work environment. You will engage with clients at various levels, including C-Suite executives, to build trust and ensure that their needs are addressed effectively. Your role will involve significant interaction with data, allowing you to make informed decisions that drive success for both Taboola and its partners.
