Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Technical Ad Tech Support or a relevant client-facing technical role β you understand the intricacies of system logs, APIs, and basic SQL, which allows you to troubleshoot effectively. Your previous experience in the Ad Tech industry has equipped you with a solid understanding of campaign performance, tracking, targeting, and optimization concepts. You are service-oriented and prioritize the client's needs, demonstrating a willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Your familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a bonus, as is your knowledge of tracking mechanisms, third-party tags, UTM parameters, and conversion attribution.
What you'll do
As a Senior Support Engineer on the Frontline Advertiser Support team, you will act as the first point of contact for Taboolaβs clients, addressing their technical and support needs. You will respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and ticketing systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Your role will involve troubleshooting platform-related issues and escalating them when necessary. You will monitor workload distribution and ensure timely assignment of tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the support team. Your ability to provide customer-centric solutions will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
