What you'll do
As a Frontline PS Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the first point of contact for Taboolaβs clients, providing timely responses to incoming customer support inquiries via email, chat, and video conference. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring the highest level of customer experience. Your extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the ad tech domain will be crucial in delivering effective solutions. You will be responsible for adapting to new technologies and methodologies as they arise, contributing to the continuous improvement of the support process.
