Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in 2nd level support and at least 1 year in 3rd level support, demonstrating a strong technical orientation and understanding of architectural design and flows. You are familiar with the relationships between frontend and backend services and can read code effectively. Your proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies spans web, databases, analytics, and APIs/SDKs, allowing you to tackle complex technical case investigations with ease.
You possess the ability to analyze operational data and provide actionable insights, which is crucial for driving business success. Your project management capabilities, including time management and activity tracking, enable you to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring that you maintain long-term relationships while delivering high-quality support.
Desirable
Experience with AI and automation in knowledge creation and retention would be a plus, as would familiarity with bug reporting, tracking, and prioritizing. Your background in operational data analysis will help you contribute to ad-hoc activities and projects with product and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Taboola, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality support for our clients. You will lead complex technical case investigations and provide consultation and mentoring to lower levels of support. Your responsibilities will include bug reporting, tracking, and prioritizing issues to ensure timely resolutions. You will also focus on knowledge creation and retention, leveraging AI and automation to enhance our support processes.
You will analyze operational data to derive actionable insights that contribute to business success. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders within the professional services group, as well as the engineering and business teams, will be essential to your role. You will be the highest level of technical escalation and management for at least one area of expertise, owning it end-to-end.
