You have a strong background in providing consulting services, particularly in PKI, IoT, and Signing solutions. With hands-on experience in deploying and configuring these solutions, you understand the technical architecture deeply and can manage projects effectively. Your experience includes participating in pre-sales meetings to gather customer requirements and develop statements of work, ensuring that you can translate client needs into actionable plans.

You are proficient in using DevOps and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef. Your technical expertise extends to hardware security modules (HSMs), where you have experience with setup and deployment, ensuring high availability and security for client systems. You are comfortable creating custom documentation, entity-relationship models, and networking diagrams to support project deliverables.

Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present technical topics at field events like conferences and seminars. You thrive in environments where you can capture feature requests from prospects and customers, providing valuable feedback to product management teams. You are also willing to travel to customer sites and industry forums to support departmental objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering consulting services that enhance DigiCert's PKI, IoT, and Signing solutions. You will engage with clients during pre-sales meetings to understand their requirements and develop comprehensive statements of work. Your role will involve deploying and configuring DigiCert solutions, ensuring that all project deliverables meet client expectations.

You will manage projects through meticulous planning, tracking, and reporting, providing periodic updates to key stakeholders. Your technical understanding will be crucial as you demonstrate the capabilities of DigiCert's solutions and architecture to clients. You will create custom documentation and technical diagrams that facilitate understanding and implementation of the solutions.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel to customer sites and industry events, where you will present on technical topics and engage with potential clients. Your insights will help shape product development by capturing feature requests and relaying them to the product management teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support from DigiCert.
