Your expertise includes hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Intune, allowing you to efficiently manage PC operations and user identities. You possess a solid understanding of authentication systems, including SSO technologies like SAML and OpenID Connect, which are crucial for maintaining secure access across various platforms.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of IT operations, from managing PC setups to overseeing user ID management and creating secure development environments. You will utilize tools like Jamf Pro and Intune to automate PC operations, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and securely. Additionally, you will manage user identities using Okta, streamlining access to various SaaS applications.

You will also be involved in assessing security risks and evaluating new technologies to enhance the company's IT infrastructure. Your role will include selecting and implementing new tools aimed at improving operational efficiency and security. You will provide user support for various internal tools, ensuring that employees have the resources they need to perform their tasks effectively.
