Who you are
You have a solid background in project management, with experience overseeing the entire product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery. Your ability to break down ambiguous requirements into structured hypotheses allows you to create high-resolution specifications that guide your team effectively.
You possess strong technical leadership skills, managing the process from requirement definition to operation in collaboration with teams and stakeholders. You understand design trade-offs and can provide realistic and sustainable guidelines that align with project goals.
Your client leadership skills enable you to read client intentions and engage with decision-makers, ensuring project success through effective communication and collaboration. You have a deep understanding of client industries and can propose hypotheses for problem-solving based on their unique challenges.
You are fluent in Japanese at a business level, allowing you to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Your experience includes designing data models and Web APIs, enabling you to discuss technical matters on equal footing with engineers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create development roadmaps and oversee the technical design and implementation of systems. You will lead effective product development, maximizing the return on investment for your development team. Your role will involve addressing complex technical issues head-on, providing solutions and support as needed.
You will structure complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations, leading consensus-building efforts to ensure project alignment and success. Your responsibilities will also include engaging with various team members and clients to facilitate agreement and drive project outcomes.
