You have 3+ years of hands-on experience writing production Python code and are proficient in building strong customer relationships with stakeholders across various levels of seniority. Your curiosity and customer-centric approach drive you to learn about our customers’ businesses and help them solve challenges effectively. You thrive in managing complex customer projects with evolving scopes and multiple touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.

As a strategic technical leader, you guide customers to achieve their strategic goals and realize value by integrating Taktile into their decisioning tech stack. You stay up to date on the latest AI developments and are passionate about leveraging state-of-the-art technology to optimize and automate critical business decisions. Your ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders, including Principal Engineers and Risk Managers, sets you apart in this role.

Desirable

Experience in customer-facing environments with a focus on AI and decisioning infrastructure is a plus. Familiarity with modern AI models and their applications in business decision-making will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of transforming our customers' decisioning infrastructure, ensuring they derive maximum value from Taktile throughout their entire lifecycle. You will work closely with Taktile's Sales Team to ensure that customers are effectively utilizing our solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading customer projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful implementation of our technology.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them navigate the complexities of integrating Taktile into their existing systems. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet their strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.
