What you'll do

As a Lead Solution Engineer at Taktile, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automated decision-making in financial services — you will lead the founding engineering team in São Paulo, driving the development of innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance decision-making processes for clients.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical specifications — your insights will guide the development of features that deliver real value to users. You will also engage with clients to provide technical support and ensure successful implementation of Taktile's solutions.
