You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, where you've successfully guided clients through technical implementations and supported sales teams with technical presentations. Your enthusiasm for fintech drives you to create innovative solutions that enhance financial infrastructure. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations effectively. Your communication skills enable you to relay client feedback to product and engineering teams seamlessly, ensuring that client requests are addressed promptly. What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Unit, you will serve in a cross-functional role, working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to guide new clients through the technical implementation process. You will support the Sales team by presenting the technical aspects of Unitβs product to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value and functionality of our offerings. Your role will involve analyzing client needs to proactively deliver product recommendations, which may include creating new prototypes, support materials, guides, and other documentation. You will communicate new product features to clients and relay their feature requests back to the Product and Engineering teams, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes client feedback.
