As a Solutions Engineer, you are the primary point of contact for merchants' technical teams — you guide them through the design, development, testing, and launch phases of their integrations with Adyen's platform. Your ability to maintain open lines of communication ensures that merchants have a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience with various payment solutions, including e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, is a plus. Familiarity with card issuing programs will also enhance your ability to support diverse projects effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with merchants to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that the integration process is smooth and efficient, addressing any challenges that arise along the way. Your technical proficiency will be essential in guiding merchants through complex integration scenarios, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the project.
