What you'll do

As the VP Product for Lending & Retention at Tala, you will spearhead the product vision and strategy, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our lending products, focusing on user acquisition and retention strategies. Your role will involve conducting market research and user testing to gather insights that inform product development and feature prioritization.

You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to implement innovative solutions that leverage AI/ML technologies. Your responsibilities will include defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, analyzing performance data, and iterating on product features based on user feedback. You will also engage with external partners and stakeholders to align product initiatives with market trends and regulatory requirements.
