You have a strong background in telephony systems, with experience in maintaining high availability for voice systems. Your expertise includes working with PBX servers and softphones, ensuring seamless network connectivity and hardware functionality. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Operations and Shared Services to implement unified communications platforms. Your problem-solving skills enable you to strategize effectively and address any challenges that arise in telephony infrastructure.
You are familiar with various telephony technologies and have a solid understanding of VoIP systems. Your technical skills allow you to troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring that communication systems remain operational and effective. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions that enhance user experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and availability of all voice systems at Tala. You will support architecture tasks related to telephony and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a unified communications platform. Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring the high availability of PBX servers, managing softphones, and overseeing network connectivity. You will also work on optimizing telephony infrastructure to meet the needs of a global team.
You will engage in strategic planning to enhance communication systems, ensuring they align with the company's goals. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance reliability.
