What you'll do

In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance and daily checks of conference and training rooms to ensure all audio-visual equipment is functional. You will provide on-site and virtual user support for all audio-visual equipment and video conferencing platforms. Assisting the Senior AV Engineer, you will help plan, set up, and execute company-wide live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You will also assist in creating documentation for audio-visual assets and instructional materials, responding to global tickets regarding AV issues from stakeholders. Your contributions will be integral in developing and maintaining the Tanium culture through engagement events, both within and outside the physical office.
