Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in eCommerce and a deep understanding of Shopify. You excel at building trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals, and helping them realize the value of the products you represent. Your commercial mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and retention, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes. You are adept at communicating complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner, making you a trusted advisor to your clients.
You are familiar with the fundamentals of DTC eCommerce and SMB marketing, which enables you to provide insightful advice on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Your ability to analyze customer pain points and position tailored solutions is key to driving adoption and expansion within your book of business. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with business owners and small teams to foster long-term customer success.
Desirable
Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus, as you will be spending four days a week in the Sydney office. Familiarity with omnichannel experiences and a passion for helping brands succeed in the digital landscape will set you apart. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for professional development and are eager to contribute to a growing team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, consulting on their business challenges and objectives. You will understand customer pain points and position thoughtful and tailored solutions that lead to meaningful value realization and expansion opportunities. Your focus will be on driving adoption, retention, and expansion across a SMB book of business, ensuring that clients are fully engaged with Yotpo’s products.
You will deliver efficient, high-impact touchpoints such as lightweight business reviews, enablement sessions, and best-practice workshops. Building and nurturing strong client sentiment and impactful engagement with key stakeholders will be essential to your success. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements, contributing to the overall success of Yotpo’s offerings.
