Your ability to communicate findings clearly is one of your strengths — you can present audit results and recommendations in concise, high-quality reports that inform management about the risks of noncompliance with information security standards. You are proactive in writing and revising policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on the evolving needs of the business.

You thrive in collaborative environments — working closely with Information Security, Information Technology, and Product Security teams is second nature to you. You are adept at responding to security questionnaires and due diligence requests, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the risk management process.

Your experience includes assessing new vendors to ensure they meet security requirements — you understand the importance of maintaining compliance and are skilled at proposing preventive measures and solutions to mitigate risks. You are committed to monitoring risks and recommending changes in business processes or policies to enhance compliance.

What you'll do

As a GRC Risk Analyst at Tanium, you will execute audits and risk assessments, communicating the results and making recommendations for improvement. You will ensure that company management is knowledgeable about the risks associated with noncompliance to information security standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve writing and revising policies and procedures that align with the business's needs.

You will participate in various projects related to Information Security, Information Technology, and Product Security, driving the implementation of new process improvements and risk treatments. Collaborating with System Owners, you will review and respond to security questionnaires and due diligence requests, ensuring that all necessary controls are in place.

Your responsibilities will also include preparing reports that summarize risk assessment findings and presenting them to management. You will recommend changes in business processes or policies to manage risks effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
