You have significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large and complex software transactions with the biggest customers in the region. You are equally comfortable discussing business benefits with C-level executives as you are engaging with technical teams, showcasing your ability to articulate the value of technology solutions tailored to customer needs. Your proven track record of exceeding quotas demonstrates your effectiveness in driving sales and delivering a superior customer experience.
You possess a strong team mentality, understanding that selling is a team sport at Tanium. You excel at managing and utilizing virtual resources to tackle large and complex sales cycles, ensuring that you leverage the strengths of your team to achieve success. Your ability to nurture and develop relationships within your assigned territory and accounts is key to your approach, as you present the value of the Tanium platform to decision-makers.
What you'll do
As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for generating opportunities to position the Tanium platform within your assigned territory and accounts. You will articulate the value of the Tanium platform to decision-makers and expertly manage the complex sales cycle. Your role will involve working closely with the Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts, ensuring that you generate appropriate sales development activity to maintain a healthy pipeline.
You will conduct online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads, showcasing the capabilities of the Tanium platform. Your responsibilities will also include accurately forecasting sales and maintaining excellent SFDC hygiene. Travel may be required as needed to meet with clients and prospects, further enhancing your ability to build relationships and drive sales.
What we offer
Tanium offers a competitive salary range for this position, with the potential to earn up to C$275,000, along with commission eligibility.
