You have an associate degree or equivalent experience, and you're eager to apply your technical skills in a customer-focused environment. You thrive on solving problems and enjoy helping others, making you a perfect fit for the role of Associate Technical Support Engineer. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and your technical knowledge will help you excel in this position.

You are comfortable working both reactively and proactively to improve customer experiences. Your skills in debugging and scripting will be essential as you assist customers with their technical inquiries. You understand the importance of documentation and are committed to tracking activities and reporting root causes to enhance service quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist customers by triaging inbound support cases and solving technical issues. You will collaborate with other Support Engineers to ensure that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively. Your focus will be on improving customer satisfaction by documenting best practices and providing feedback to the Engineering teams on how to enhance the overall customer experience.

You will serve as a technical subject matter expert, primarily focusing on testing and troubleshooting aspects of the Tanium platform. Your contributions will help shape the support processes and improve the tools used by the team. You will also have opportunities to build new skills and grow within the organization as you tackle various technical challenges.
