What you'll do

In this role, you will lead research initiatives focused on foundational multimodal models — your work will involve designing and implementing models that predict and control the audio, visual, and language responses of AI avatars. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with the company's vision of creating AI Humans that can engage in meaningful conversations.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior researchers and fostering a culture of innovation within the team — your leadership will help shape the future of AI interactions, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in human-computer communication. As you dive into the research, you will explore new methodologies and technologies that can enhance the capabilities of AI Humans, ensuring they are capable, trusted agents available 24/7.
