What you'll do

As the Network Company President, you will take charge of a small business in the plumbing industry, focusing on increasing profitability and facilitating the transition to employee ownership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that align with Teamshares' mission of reducing wealth inequality and supporting small businesses. You will work closely with employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed as owners. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment among employees. You will also engage with the community to promote the benefits of employee ownership and the positive impact it has on local economies.
