You are an entrepreneurial business leader with a passion for small businesses and employee ownership. You have a proven track record of increasing profitability and successfully transitioning businesses to employee ownership models. Your experience in the retail automotive accessories and installation industry is a plus, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
You possess strong leadership skills and are comfortable taking full P&L responsibility. You thrive in a hands-on role, working both on the business strategy and in the day-to-day operations. Your ability to inspire and guide teams towards a common goal is essential, as you will be leading a network company within Teamshares.
Desirable
Experience in the retail automotive accessories and installation industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with employee ownership models and a commitment to reducing wealth inequality will set you apart as a candidate.
