You are an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial oversight and process improvement. You have a proven track record of guiding organizations through ERP system migrations, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise allows you to optimize workflows effectively, making you a valuable asset to any finance team.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with clients and internal teams seamlessly. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, which helps you identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy sets you apart in your field.
What you'll do
As a Fractional Controller at Teamshares, you will support our finance team on a part-time or project basis. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through their ERP transitions, ensuring that data integrity is maintained throughout the process. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that optimize their financial workflows.
In addition to ERP migrations, you will oversee financial processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
