Your attention to detail ensures that every customer receives a premium experience, from product knowledge to service delivery. What you'll do
As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will support the store leadership team by cultivating an unmatched customer experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, providing product knowledge, and assisting with sales on the floor. You will deliver high-quality product services, such as branding and boot shines, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. Additionally, you will assist with receiving shipments and preparing products for display, maintaining an organized stockroom, and participating in ongoing staff education to enhance your product knowledge. You will also demonstrate loss prevention awareness by assisting in cycle counts and transfers, contributing to the overall efficiency of the store.
