What you'll do
As a Store Training Specialist, you will travel between stores to provide hands-on training to new and existing team members. Your role will involve supporting new store openings and leading training sessions that focus on product knowledge, customer service, and operational skills. You will work closely with store teams to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and understand the product offerings thoroughly.
You will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Training to develop training materials and initiatives that align with Tecovas' goals. Your responsibilities will include facilitating training sessions, conducting assessments to measure skill development, and providing feedback to team members to help them grow. You will also be involved in product customization programs, ensuring that store teams are knowledgeable about the latest offerings and can assist customers effectively.
