What you'll do

As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect boots, ensuring that every interaction is positive and informative. You will support the store leadership team by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking items as needed, and ensuring that product displays are appealing. Your role will also involve providing high-quality product services, such as branding and boot shines, to enhance the customer experience. You will assist with receiving shipments and preparing products for display, ensuring that the stockroom is efficient and accessible for team members. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing staff education, sharing your product knowledge with colleagues to foster a knowledgeable team.
